Advertising Terms & Conditions of Acceptance

We may source your marketing material from yourself or your representative, your website, printed matter, or by other electronic means. In addition to this we may design, reproduce and publish material and images which in our judgment to be appropriate to client advertising needs.The Client shall grant permission for us to reproduce all advertising material, including company/business name, logos and images associated with the client's company/business including any third party material or image the Client is authorized to use in the course of the Client's advertising or promotional portfolio.

It is a condition of our compiling and or acceptance of all advertising material that the Client or agent warrant they are entitled to grant permissions for the use of all such materials inclusive of third party text and or images. The Client further agrees to indemnify caravanindex.com against all (if any) breaches of copyright and or conditions of use associated with our publishing their advertisement on the caravanindex.com or associated websites.

The Client should be aware due to continuous updating, page and positioning of any advertisement cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to change without notice during the advert run time. Publishing and placement of advertisements is entirely at the discretion of caravanindex.com

Caravanindex.com reserves the right to reject or edit any advertisement which it feels to be incompatible with the caravanindex.com website. Any advertisement with a link to a website which in the opinion of caravanindex.com is unsuitable will result in the advertisement being deleted from our files. Caravanindex.com are not responsible for material on third party websites.

Malpractice
Any person or organization found to be submitting, or including unauthorized cookies, malicious or corrupt code or any material which in our opinion compromises or infringes intellectual rights in any way the caravanindex or associated websites will have their advertisement withdrawn without notice and with immediate effect Furthermore, the client will be charged for the full booked period at full price. We will not refund or credit any payment in respect of the said advertisement/s.

Liability
It is the responsibility of the advertiser(the client) to ensure all descriptions are true and accurate and any product offered is offered legally and fit for purpose. Caravanindex.com will not be liable for loss, consequential loss, or delay, under any circumstances, by either the advertiser (the client) or the customer. In the event of dispute between either the seller of goods or services, or the purchaser of goods or services, it should be expressly noted caravanindex.com shall have no part in that dispute and accept no liability whatsoever for failure including failure to supply, accept, or, satisfaction relating to goods or delivery of services offered.

Privacy
Caravanindex.com are committed to protecting your privacy and therefore collect any information lawfully and do not pass on your information to any third party.

Accounts
Non Account Holders: Payment must be made at time of order. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Account Holders: Payment of invoices should be made strictly within fourteen days of our invoice being raised. Cheques should be made payable to caravanindex.com and posted to the address stated on the invoice.
